We ordered 2 units, and could not be happier. They are exactly what we ordered and the perfect addition to our boutique fleet. Ashton was attentive to all inquiries, around the clock. Products were delivered in pristine condition. I was very hesitant to order without seeing in-person, but all my concern was unfounded.

I cannot say how disappointed and upset i am with this trailer. The time it took to build, the hidden costs that were not made apparent. The actual quality of the build on this trailer was unacceptable. When they shipped it they damaged the shipping container by bolting and welding a makeshift floor frame. They then welded the trailer to this frame. I was charged for the damages to the shipping container. The paint job was bad, it was peeling when I received it. They screwed metal straps to the floor of the trailer in 46 places to hold the parts down inside the trailer. They threw all of the parts into the inside and this banged around and damaged the interior quite badly. They only install one axle, and mine was installed backwards lol. The outer skirting was mangled. It was a nightmare getting them to communicate and they try to get you to download whatsapp so they can communicate with you without you being able to prove anything. AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TRAILER!!!
